THE WHITE PAPER FOR AGRARIAN TRANSFORMATION IN THE EASTERN CAPE CONFIRMS THE VISION FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT THAT IS ARTICULATED IN THE NATIONAL INTEGRATED SUSTAINABLE RURAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY (ISRDS) NAMELY: “SUSTAINABLE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE”.
